About the Role

Creative Head

As Creative Head, you’ll not only shape the visual language of our client campaigns but also mentor and guide a high-performing creative team across design, video, motion, and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

🔹

Creative Leadership & Vision

  • Own the creative vision for the agency, ensuring consistency and innovation across all visual content.
  • Lead and evolve design strategies for digital campaigns, brand storytelling, performance creatives, and UI/UX solutions.
  • Translate client briefs and campaign strategies into bold, effective creative ideas.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and concept development for digital-first campaigns.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team including graphic designers, motion artists, video editors, and UI/UX designers.
  • Set performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and ensure continuous creative upskilling.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and creative excellence.

Project Oversight

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring timely delivery, brand alignment, and visual quality.
  • Approve design outputs—social posts, videos, animations, interfaces—before they are published or handed off.
  • Monitor workload allocation to maintain productivity without burnout.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Work closely with the strategy, media, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure creatives align with campaign goals.
  • Provide creative insights and direction during pitch decks, client meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Bridge the gap between data-driven marketing and emotion-driven design by balancing performance and aesthetics.

Innovation & Trend-spotting

  • Keep up with global design trends, digital platform changes, algorithm shifts, and user behavior insights.
  • Introduce new formats, tools, or frameworks that enhance the creative process and push boundaries.
  • Lead creative testing for high-performing ads, storyboards, and interactive formats.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in creative roles (agency experience preferred), with 3+ years leading creative teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing cross-platform digital creative work (branding, videos, reels, carousels, UI/UX).
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, and Canva.
  • Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, design systems, mobile-first UI, and motion storytelling.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with performance-driven creative frameworks (A/B testing, CTR/CVR optimization).

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

  • Exposure to ad platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) and ad formats.
  • Understanding of funnel-based marketing creative requirements (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
  • Experience with 3D design tools, generative AI tools, or interactive web animation.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend limitations in web design (for better design-dev handoff).
