Job Title: Corporate Trainer – Data Science

Location: Gurugram

Experience Required: 3+ years in Data Science or related field

Industry: EdTech / Training & Development / Data & AI Consulting

We are looking for experienced and passionate Corporate Trainers to lead engaging and industry-relevant Data Science training programs for working professionals and corporate teams. You’ll be responsible for delivering hands-on, practical knowledge that bridges the gap between theory and real-world application.

• Design, develop, and deliver training modules on core Data Science topics
• Conduct live workshops, virtual classes, or recorded sessions as per schedule
• Customize content as per client or industry-specific needs
• Provide mentorship and guidance to learners on projects and case studies
• Evaluate learning outcomes through assessments, quizzes, and feedback sessions
• Stay updated with latest tools, trends, and advancements in Data Science
• Collaborate with curriculum designers and product teams to improve content quality

• Python/R for Data Science
• Statistics & Probability
• Data Wrangling & Visualization
• Machine Learning Algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised)
• Deep Learning (optional)
• SQL & Data Engineering basics
• Tools: Jupyter, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/Keras, Power BI/Tableau
• Real-world case studies and capstone projects

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles
• Prior experience in corporate or academic training (preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
