Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn the product inside-out including platform architecture, APIs, data flows, and SaaS licensing models
  • Conduct market research and generate leads by mapping universities, enterprises, and channel partners
  • Build demo environments, assist in solution walkthroughs, and gather prospect requirements
  • Create sales toolkits including decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and tailored proposals
  • Shadow senior consultants on discovery calls, note pain points, and prepare debrief reports
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for LMS, implementation, and analytics services
  • Provide solution consulting by translating functional and technical needs into platform fit and coordinating with pre-sales engineers
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, deliver weekly commits, and exceed quarterly pipeline and forecasting targets
  • Manage stakeholders by presenting to CXOs, IT, L\&D, and procurement, and negotiate commercials and contracts
  • Represent the company at webinars and conferences and publish insightful content as part of thought leadership
