Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize conversational experiences using Voiceflow, ensuring natural and intuitive interactions.
• Integrate and maintain conversational workflows using custom JavaScript or Python functions.
• Work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to iterate on conversation logic, voice tone, and response quality.
• Connect conversational flows to backend services using APIs and JSON for data processing and dynamic interactions.
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance LLM performance and user engagement.
• Monitor bot performance and user interactions to continually refine and improve the experience.
• Stay updated with the latest in conversational AI, LLM innovations, and emerging technologies.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in conversational AI development, with hands-on expertise in Voiceflow or any similar tools.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript or Python to create custom functions and scripts.
• Solid experience working with APIs and JSON for integrating backend logic.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, including how to fine-tune prompts and generate accurate responses.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into user-friendly conversational journeys.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
