Job Title: Content Manager – Social Media Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Department: Marketing/Digital Media Reports To: Social Media Director / Head of Marketing Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Manager for Social Media to lead our brand’s content development and distribution across all social platforms. This role is responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content that aligns with our marketing goals, grows our audience, and drives user engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) Create and curate high-quality, engaging content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform and audience. Collaborate with designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce campaigns and brand-aligned assets. Maintain a social content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant. Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve engagement and reach. Manage and grow community interaction—responding to comments, DMs, and engaging with followers. Support paid social campaigns with creative asset development and audience targeting input. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone, and voice. Requirements: Proven experience (2+ years) in social media content creation, management, or digital marketing. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for social media. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.). Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Sprout, etc.). Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Creative mindset with a passion for digital trends and content innovation. Preffered Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Experience in influencer collaboration and user-generated content strategy.
