**About the Role** Were looking for a hands-on, high-ownership **Content Manager*to lead all things content across our three brands**Growthclub Pro**, **Tantra**, and **Yogi**. This role isnt limited to marketing copyyoull be responsible for shaping narratives, building personal brands, drafting cold outreach, scripting podcasts and videos, driving internal communication, and more. If it involves words, its your territory. **What Youll Own** Youll work closely with founders and the performance, design, and ops teams to execute content across multiple formats and channels. Your responsibilities will include: **Personal Branding:** Craft content for founder and client LinkedIn profiles, including thought leadership posts, comment strategies, and audience engagement **Outreach:** Write persuasive cold outreach and nurture sequences for email and LinkedIn **Scripting:** Script podcasts, reels, and short-form video content **Marketing Collateral:** Draft blogs, landing pages, sales decks, emailers, and newsletters **Internal Comms:** Support internal documentation, team updates, and process communication **Distribution:** Work with the team to plan and schedule content across platforms **Strategy:** Own and manage a shared content calendar, track performance, and adapt based on insights **What Were Looking For** 35 years of experience in content or copywriting roles (agency or fast-paced startup experience preferred) Strong writing chops with the ability to adapt tone across different brands and formats Clarity of thought, fast execution, and comfort with owning end-to-end delivery A systems thinker who can manage multiple projects without dropping the ball Bonus: experience with SEO, podcast production, or AI-assisted writing tools **Who Youll Work With** Youll be collaborating directly with the founders of each brand, performance marketers, designers, client success managers, and creative teams.
