Job Summary:

Contact Discovery Quality Analyst (CDQA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research using various tools (LinkedIn, company websites, data enrichment tools, etc.) to collect accurate B2B contact and company information.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with high-quality customer and prospect data.
• Perform regular audits to identify data gaps, duplicates, and inaccuracies, and take necessary steps to correct them.
• Enrich leads with missing details such as decision-maker names, job titles, email IDs, phone numbers, company size, industry, etc.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand data requirements for campaigns.
• Work on segmentation and profiling of data based on predefined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Ensure data hygiene and compliance with data governance and privacy standards (GDPR, etc.).
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on data quality KPIs and lead enrichment progress.
• Stay updated on latest trends in data validation, enrichment tools, and lead intelligence for B2B.

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
• Experience working with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and research skills.
• Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and data cleaning techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a B2B SaaS or IT services company.
• Knowledge of email validation and lead scoring methods.
