Job Title: Consultant – Oil & Gas Industry (AI/ML & Data Analytics) Location: Noida (Hybrid) Experience: 15–20 Years Industry Focus: Oil & Gas Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Consultant from the Oil & Gas industry who will serve as a domain expert and business advisor , helping introduce and position AI/ML and Data Analytics offerings to key stakeholders in the Oil & Gas sector. This individual will bridge the gap between technology teams and business leaders, playing a pivotal role in customer acquisition, solution mapping, and strategic engagement. Key Responsibilities Leverage deep industry knowledge to identify and articulate key business challenges in Oil & Gas that can be addressed through AI/ML and data analytics. Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, decision-makers, and influencers in the Oil & Gas industry. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to shape go-to-market strategies and tailored solutions. Act as the voice of the customer in internal discussions—ensuring offerings align with current and emerging industry needs. Conduct industry-specific presentations, webinars, and workshops showcasing value propositions. Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, proposal development, and RFP responses. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and digital transformation initiatives in Oil & Gas. Mentor internal teams on Oil & Gas business processes, data usage, and opportunities for digital innovation. Required Qualifications 15–20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in operations, technology, strategy, or consulting roles. Proven experience in digital transformation or exposure to data analytics/AI/ML implementations. Strong network and credibility in the Oil & Gas ecosystem—exploration, production, refining, or downstream segments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Preferred Skills Knowledge of industry-specific software like SCADA, PI systems, ERP (SAP, etc.), and data platforms. Familiarity with predictive maintenance, reservoir modeling, asset performance management, and other analytics use cases in Oil & Gas. Consulting or pre-sales experience in technology-led services or SaaS companies.
