Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Noida.The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP B1 solutions for various clients.You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to understand business requirements and deliver optimal SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client business processes and gather requirements.
  • Conduct GAP analysis and prepare Business Blueprints.
  • Configure and customize SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.)
  • Manage SAP B1 implementation lifecycle - requirement gathering, testing, training, go-live, and support.
  • Provide user training and support post-implementation.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for report creation, system customization, and integration.
  • Provide Level 1/2 support and troubleshoot functional issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of SAP B1 modules and business processes.
  • Experience in SAP B1 implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
  • Proficient in SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and SAP B1 reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or related field.

Good To Have

  • Certification in SAP Business One.
  • Knowledge of Boyum Add-Ons, HANA, or Integration Framework (B1iF).
  • Experience in industries like Manufacturing, Trading, or Services.
