Role Overview

visionary Co-Founder & CTO Partner/Chief Technologist

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and scaling of product lines (NTD/NPD).
• Build and mentor a cross-functional tech team (developers, architects, interns).
• Manage full-stack development cycles across AI, LLM, SaaS, and system platforms.
• Collaborate on building code editors, DevOps pipelines, and integrated systems.
• Contribute to regulatory, security, and quality compliance for deployed tech.
• Represent the startup at institutional, partner, and funding consortium levels.
• Translate abstract ideas and client needs into prototype and product.
• Own and drive patentable IP, validation frameworks, and research alignments.
• Co-develop business roadmaps aligned with tech feasibility and budget.

Preferred Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech/PhD from

  Tier-1/Tier-2 institutes (

  IIT/NIT/IIIT or equivalent)
• 5+ years in deep tech/software product development.
• Strong programming/NCLC background (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Rust, etc.)
• Prior experience in AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, ITOps
• Open-source contributor or proven GitHub portfolio.
• Patents, research publications, or award-winning innovations preferred.
• Prior startup exposure/founder experience is a bonus.
