Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the event tech team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of event technology setups for clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Manage technical aspects of events, including AV equipment, streaming services, and registration platforms.
  • Resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and effectively.
  • Analyze event performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance event operations.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure quality service delivery.
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-event reviews to gather feedback and implement changes for future events.
  • Train and mentor team members in event technology operations and customer service.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in event management.

  • Qualifications:
    • Any Bachelor's degree.
    • Proven experience in managing Clients, preferably in a technology-focused role.
    • Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management.
    • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
    • Deep understanding of event technology and AV systems.
    • Experience in project management and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
    • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
    • Willingness to travel as required for event setups and management.
    • Understanding of health and safety regulations related to events.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
