We are building a real-time AML (Anti-Money Laundering) infrastructure designed for banks, fintechs, and government ecosystems. Our hybrid AI + Blockchain solution enables real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and regulatory intelligence—before money laundering happens.

Backed by a product-first vision, OpenBlockAI is co-founded by experienced entrepreneurs and is in active conversations with leading banks and regulatory bodies. We are now looking for a CTO with deep tech expertise and vision to lead the engineering and innovation roadmap.

Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our founding team and lead the end-to-end technology strategy of a next-gen AI and blockchain platform built for the financial sector. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technology leader with a strong engineering foundation, start-up experience, and a passion for building innovative, secure, and scalable products.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Define and execute the long-term technical vision and architecture.
• Build and lead a high-performing engineering and AI/ML team.
• Design and oversee a secure, scalable, and modular cloud-native infrastructure.
• Drive development and deployment of AI/ML systems, blockchain frameworks, and real-time APIs.
• Ensure robust implementation of MFA, IAM, authorization, and secure communication protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and business stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory technologies and ensure tech compliance readiness.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years

  of proven experience in

  AI/ML, Blockchain, or Fintech architecture
