Key responsibilities of a CDO Co-founder:

Digital Growth & Performance Marketing Strategy

• Define and drive a high-impact performance marketing strategy across paid digital channels.
• Optimize return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition through data-led decision-making.
• Identify new growth channels and experiment with innovative digital tactics.

Capital Commitment & Budget Ownership

• Bring funding of ₹25 Lakhs upon joining as a co-founder.
• Bear and manage the full cost of performance marketing and digital growth initiatives.
• Optimize marketing spend and ensure growth-driven use of investment capital.

Execution & Campaign Management

• Lead end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, Display, Programmatic, etc.).
• Scale digital channels and performance funnels for user growth.
• Continuously monitor analytics and optimize based on performance data.

Team Building & Leadership

• Build, lead, and mentor a digital marketing/performance team tailored for iterative growth.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, analytical thinking, and accountability.
• Align team output with business KPIs and organizational growth goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Report performance metrics, campaign results, and strategic insights to founders and investors.
• Work closely with product, tech, and brand teams to ensure cohesive digital execution.
• Align digital initiatives with overall business direction.

Skills and Qualifications for a CDO Co-founder:

• Proven experience leading performance or digital growth marketing in startups or fast-scaling firms.
• Deep hands-on expertise in paid acquisition (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Retargeting, etc.).
• Strong grasp of analytics, attribution, conversion optimization, and A/B testing tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with risk-taking ability and readiness to co-invest in the venture.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Prior exposure to the health-tech or tech SaaS sectors is a bonus but not mandatory.

Important Note

This is a purely equity-based co-founder role with a mandatory investment of ₹25 Lakhs and an ownership of all performance marketing costs.
