Job Title: Manager – Accounts & Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounts & Finance to lead the financial reporting and analysis functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounts finalisation, preparing MIS reports, conducting data analysis, and coordinating internal and statutory audits. This role also requires the flexibility to undertake additional finance-related responsibilities as per organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Finalisation
• Supervise the preparation and finalisation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory and regulatory guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / GAAP).
• Manage year-end closing and coordinate with auditors for financial disclosures.
• Data Analysis
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide insights on cost optimization, profitability, and financial risks.
• Identify trends, variances, and business performance indicators.
• MIS & Reports to the Management
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for senior management.
• Track key financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in budgeting and variance analysis reports.
• Handling Internal & Statutory Audits
• Coordinate with internal auditors to ensure timely completion of internal audits.
• Liaise with statutory auditors for annual audits and compliance requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and implementation of recommendations.
• Other Responsibilities
• Manage cash flow planning, working capital management, and banking operations.
• Ensure compliance with all tax, regulatory, and statutory filings (GST, TDS, ROC, etc.).
• Perform any other duties and assignments as required by the organization’s leadership.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle etc.)
• Proven ability to manage audits and handle regulatory compliances
• Leadership ability to manage a small finance team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
