  • Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints while adhering to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and updated customer records using advanced CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisory staff to ensure timely resolution.
  • Meet and exceed call handling metrics and performance targets consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance call center processes and achieve departmental goals.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
  • Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in CRM software and call center systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple tasks.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of additional languages to cater to a diverse customer base.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and handling challenging customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with call center technology and integrated telephony systems.
