Why This Role Exists

We're looking for a Buyer who can match the Founder’s intensity and curate products from ideas from zero to one at warp speed. You’ll be experimenting, executing, and scaling what would become the next big growth lever for Parentune. Think of this as a Category first role—with high stakes, real ownership, and the mandate to move mountains.

What you'll do:

You won’t just be managing vendors—you’ll be architecting an entire portfolio of parent-approved, child-right products. Think: Toys that soothe and sensory kits that spark wonder. You’ll lead the full loop: spotting market gaps, locking in awesome vendors, and delivering delightful, development-first products that parents trust.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in the Toys category
• Exposure to eCommerce Industry
• Strong stakeholder management skills,“Getting Things Done 101”
• Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skill
• Strategic commercial thinker with impressive analytical skills 
• 🛠️ Fluent in Excel/Sheets + all things docs & decks
• Action Bias and eye for detail 

💯 Bonus Points If You’ve

• Scaled a Toys range, D2C products for kids, or built from scratch
• Sourced products from various geographies 
• Worked in a Founder’s office or worked directly with leadership at a startup
• Proven experience making bold bets that paid off
• Have a knack of identifying white areas or are exceptional at cracking the pricing strategy
