Business Operations Manager

👨‍💼 Business Oversight & Execution Work closely with the founder to translate vision into execution. Take ownership of daily operations across departments — sales, support, logistics, and marketing. Be on the floor — monitoring team performance, client servicing quality, and overall coordination. 📈 Sales & Growth Attend client meetings and pitch Finadore’s offerings effectively. Help build and manage sales pipelines — offline and online. Drive local outreach initiatives and client conversion strategies. 🔁 Team Management Supervise daily task execution and ensure team accountability. Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Act as a bridge between founder and all teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment. 📢 Marketing Support Coordinate marketing campaigns — both physical and digital. Monitor performance of campaigns and coordinate with vendors/designers/agencies. 🧠 Problem Solving & Decision Making Take quick, effective decisions in the absence of the founder. Identify inefficiencies and proactively solve problems on the go.
