Adroit collaborates with clients in Telecom, Banking, B2B, technical support, analytics, and backend operations to deliver virtual in-house solutions. Location: Noida salary: upto, 5.5 LPA Experience required minimum 2 years in B2B Sales / Key Account Management / Enterprise Sales Industry Preference: [e.g., Telecom, IT, SaaS etc.] ________________________________________ Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven Account Managers to drive end-to-end sales and account management across strategic accounts. This is a high-impact role focused on revenue generation, strategic account planning, and long-term client relationship management. The AM will be responsible for acquiring new logos, hunting for new business opportunities, and farming existing accounts to unlock growth potential. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Sales & Revenue Generation: • Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Achieve revenue targets through both new customer acquisition (hunting) and account expansion (farming). • Proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Account Management: • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs and decision-makers. • Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, issue resolution, and proactive communication. • Maintain regular cadence calls, MBRs (Monthly Business Reviews), and business performance reviews with key accounts. Market Research & Analysis: • Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities. • Understand industry shifts, customer needs, and competitor offerings to refine GTM approach. Strategic Planning & Execution: • Create strategic account plans aligned with customer goals and company vision. • Prepare forecasts, sales plans, and performance reports for management review. • Work cross-functionally with delivery, presales, and product teams to ensure alignment. ________________________________________ Key Skills & Competencies: • Proven experience in strategic account planning and execution • Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills • Strong understanding of B2B Sales, OEM ecosystem, and solution selling • Effective at lead generation, sales pipeline management, and target achievement • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Highly self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) • Prior experience managing enterprise accounts and dealing with CXO-level stakeholders • Exposure to CRM tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn and Lusha etc.) • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and technologies • Should have Basic knowledge of Excel. __________________________________ contact- 9266944214 Priya.chauhan@adroitspl.com Show more Show less
