Job Overview: As a Business Development Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies that generate leads and expand our market presence. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate revenue, exceed sales targets, and build long-term client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including cold calls, emails, networking events, and social media. Sales Strategy & Outreach: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients, ensuring alignment with company goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings. Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales while ensuring a seamless transition to the account management team for implementation. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Market Intelligence: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to remain competitive in the market. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress toward sales goals, providing regular updates to management. Requirements: -Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably B2B sales). -Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. -Ability to work independently and in a team environment. -Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding sales targets. -Strong negotiation skills and an ability to close deals effectively. -Comfortable with CRM software and other sales tools. -Knowledge of industry or a related field is a plus. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
