(MIPL) is a Make in India pioneer building cutting-edge solutions in: Virtual Reality (VR) for defense, police, and industrial training AI-based Surveillance & Fatigue Monitoring Systems for Railways, Armed Forces, and Oil & Gas Robotics & Special Purpose Machines including Telescopic Manipulators, Throwbots, and underwater inspection robots Government clients include: Indian Army, Navy, Police Forces, DRDO, Indian Railways, BARC, IGCAR, and more. 🎯 Roles & Responsibilities:Assist the sales team in lead generation and outreach to government departments (defense, police, education, PSUs) Support the creation of custom presentations, product pitches, and proposal documents Conduct market research and competitor analysis for government tenders and institutional sales Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to draft solution briefs for: VR simulators for training & maintenance AI-based surveillance systems Robotics for security and inspection Help maintain CRM tools and follow-up schedules Learn and assist in GeM portal navigation, tender documentation, and vendor registration processes Represent MIPL in exhibitions, demos, and client meetings when required. ✅ Eligibility Criteria:Pursuing or recently completed a BSc/Msc/BBA / MBA / Engineering + MBA with interest in tech and government business Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and email writing Interest in defense-tech, AI, robotics, and VR training markets is a plus 💡 What You’ll Learn:B2G (Business to Government) Sales Strategy Tendering & Institutional Sales Processes Product-Market Fit for cutting-edge tech in defense and industrial sectors How to pitch innovation to bureaucrats, officers, and public sector buyers 🎁 Stipend: Performance-based Perks: Certificate, PPO for top performers, on-field learning, networking with key decision-makers in defense & government
