Position Summary:

new client acquisition


Key Responsibilities:

·      Identify and pursue new business opportunities across digital marketing and branding services

·      Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads via outreach, networking, inbound, and external vendors

·      Pitch agency capabilities including performance marketing, social media, SEO, and content strategy

·      Prepare tailored proposals, conduct meetings, and close deals

·      Oversee onboarding and ensure early-stage client satisfaction

·      Deepen existing relationships by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

·      Maintain CRM records and produce regular performance reports

·      Represent Vridhii Digital at industry events and networking platforms

·      Manage and optimize profiles on marketplaces like Clutch, DesignRush, etc.

·      Execute email marketing campaigns and use automation tools for lead nurturing


Key Result Areas (KRAs):

·      Achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue goals

·      Growth in both new acquisitions and existing account value

·      Early-stage client retention and satisfaction

·      Consistent pipeline through outreach and platforms like Clutch

·      Quality of reporting, CRM updates, and lead follow-ups


Required Skills & Qualifications:

·      Minimum 3 years in business development, preferably at a digital/creative agency

·      Experience with platforms like Clutch, DesignRush, Upwork, or similar

·      Working knowledge of email marketing and automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)

·      Strong understanding of digital marketing ROI and service value

·      Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

·      Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting dashboards

·      A self-starter who is results-driven and strategic

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
