Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities for PracticePanel.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (colleges, training institutes, corporates, placement agencies).

· Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

· Present and demonstrate PracticePanel’s offerings to prospects.

· Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

· Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

· Assist in creating sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnerships.

· Maintain Brand Identities and manage social media accounts

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence decisions.

· Basic understanding of technology products is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

· Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or HR/Recruitment industries.

· Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

· LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting experience.
