Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales / Business Development Manager to lead our B2B SaaS sales initiatives and drive customer acquisition across mid-market and enterprise segments. While experience in SaaS is highly preferred, candidates from an IT services background with a strong understanding of solution-selling will also be given priority.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ZestNexus SaaS products.
  • Build strong B2B relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, IT Managers, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored demos and product walkthroughs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation, discovery, proposal, negotiation to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to align customer needs and product evolution.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and changing client demands.
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing clients, ensuring long-term account growth.
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or IT services sales.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Prior experience in HRTech, Project Management, or Enterprise SaaS domains is a plus.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable giving demos, handling objections, and closing deals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Knowledge of tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM systems.
  • Understanding of buyer journeys in SaaS or subscription-based models.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
