Job Title: Business Development Manager (Fresher) - Digital Marketing Focus

Location: Hyderabad

Primary Qualifications:

  • MBA Digital Marketing graduates from ISB or any other Premium institutes only.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, etc. is an added advantage.


Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager (Fresher) who is passionate about sales and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth through digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, and digital outreach.
  • Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Contact and follow up with prospects via email, phone, and social platforms.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM tools.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to strategize and share progress updates.


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, email campaigns).
  • Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and lead generation techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Internship or project work in digital marketing or sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. is an added advantage.
