Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  1. Channel Partner Development:

  • Identify and onboard relevant B2B partners across North India—especially Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
  • Develop long-term relationships with channel partners to drive student referrals.
  • Strategically expand Grace International’s partner ecosystem in the region.
  1. Student Recruitment via Partners:

  • Work closely with B2B partners to drive application volumes for destinations such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe.
  • Guide partners on program fitment, documentation, and eligibility to support conversions.
  1. Partner Training & Enablement:

  • Organize virtual and in-person training sessions to equip partners with knowledge of Grace’s university tie-ups, processes, and service models.
  • Ensure partners are aligned with brand guidelines and student engagement standards.
  1. Regional Expansion Strategy:

  • Execute localized business development plans to increase penetration in Northern states.
  • Focus on onboarding high-quality partners from emerging cities and education hubs.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Maintain and share weekly/monthly reports on partner performance, lead pipeline, and student status.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations, admissions, and marketing teams.
  1. Brand Advocacy & Events:

  • Represent Grace International in North India-based partner meets, student fairs, and education expos.
  • Support marketing initiatives by collaborating with the central team for digital promotions, webinars, and offline events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 3–6 years of B2B experience in overseas education, test prep, or academic consulting industry.
  • Strong existing network of study abroad consultants and academic centers in North India is a big plus.
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while meeting targets.
  • Fluent communication in English and Hindi (Punjabi or other North Indian languages are a bonus).
  • Willingness to travel regularly across assigned territories in North India.
