Role Overview

Immigration Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through the Australia PR process (Skilled Migration, Partner Visas, etc.)
• Evaluate client eligibility, prepare documentation, and manage end-to-end visa applications.
• Collaborate with the Australia team on legal, documentation, and case updates.
• Stay updated with the latest immigration rules, points system, and occupation lists.
• Train internal teams and support marketing for Australia PR service promotion.
• Ensure high standards of compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in handling Australia PR/immigration cases.
• In-depth knowledge of subclass 189, 190, 491, partner visas, and general skilled migration.
• Strong understanding of Australian immigration policies and visa framework.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a cross-border team environment.
