Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships across industries. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales and a good understanding of HR consulting, employee engagement, corporate services, and/or facilities management.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers across industries.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, digital campaigns, and referrals.
  • Pitch the firm's comprehensive suite of services aligned to client requirements.
  • Prepare customized proposals and service presentations.
  • Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build, manage, and nurture client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Understand client pain points and suggest suitable service solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Market Intelligence:

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and new service demands.
  • Provide client feedback to the operations and marketing teams for product enhancement.

Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Liaise with operations, design, procurement, and logistics teams to fulfill client needs.
  • Ensure smooth execution of employee engagement activities, events, gifting solutions, etc.

Service Portfolio to Sell:

  • Employee Onboarding & Essentials

    : Welcome kits, IT setup, ID cards, background checks.
  • Corporate Branding & Essentials

    : Uniforms, shoes, hampers, gifting.
  • Rewards & Recognition

    : RnR programs, trophies, engagement activities.
  • Well-being & Development

    : Wellness sessions, offsite events, training.
  • Office Setup & Maintenance

    : Interior setup, pantry, F&B services.
  • Security & Admin Support

    : Biometric systems, dry cleaning, courier.
  • Event Management

    : Corporate parties, sports day, milestone celebrations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives

    : Green gifting, plant arrangements.
  • Digital & Creative Solutions

    : Website design, graphic design, advertising.
  • Facility & Maintenance Services

    : AMC, janitorial services, waste management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Prior experience in HR services, corporate gifting, facility management, or similar is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently.
