Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and driving the company’s revenue. The role involves conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align with company goals. The Business Development Manager will also be expected to manage sales processes, negotiate deals, and meet sales quotas.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong skills in Market Research and Strategy Development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
