Job Title: Business Development Manager – Event Stall Management Location: [Gachibowli, Hyderabad] Gender - Female ( She should be Fair ) Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Temporary (depending on event nature) Reports To: Regional Manager --- Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Manager to represent our brand at events, exhibitions, and trade shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maximizing opportunities at the company stall, while also networking with potential clients, generating leads, and creating a strong brand presence. --- Key Responsibilities: Stall Setup & Management: Plan and oversee the complete stall setup including branding, display materials, brochures, digital demos, and giveaways. Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for timely installation and logistics. Ensure the stall is well-organized, presentable, and aligned with brand guidelines. Lead Generation & Client Engagement: Interact with event attendees to explain products/services and generate leads. Capture visitor details using lead forms, QR codes, or CRM tools. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders during the event. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities from the event. Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team. Understand market trends and gather competitor intelligence during the event. Team Coordination: Supervise support staff or executives at the stall. Ensure the team is briefed about key talking points, targets, and etiquette. Reporting & Feedback: Submit detailed reports post-event including leads generated, insights, footfall, and opportunities. Suggest improvements for future event participation. --- Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably with event exposure). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead capture methods. Flexibility to travel and work on weekends/holidays depending on event schedule. --- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience handling B2B stalls in expos, career fairs, or industry events.
