Job Title: Business Development Executive – Construction Materials

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + Commission & Performance Bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Hyderabad team, focused on driving B2B sales in the construction materials segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in service-oriented sales (e.g., consulting, SaaS, recruitment), along with the ability to develop strategic relationships in the architecture, interior design, and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and market research
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Drive the complete sales lifecycle – from initial outreach and client meetings to proposal and deal closure
  • Maintain and update CRM tools to ensure accurate tracking of sales activities and pipeline status
  • Regularly report performance metrics and pipeline updates to the management team
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in service-based or consultative selling
  • Proven ability in lead generation, client engagement, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to architects, interior designers, builders, or procurement heads
  • Familiarity with the construction materials domain
  • Background in enterprise or solution-based sales
  • Strategic thinker with a strong tactical execution approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
