We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprises to help them scale through tailored tech and marketing strategies. Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales and technology, with proven experience in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue in the IT services and digital marketing domains. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through online platforms, networking, and outbound campaigns. Pitch and present our IT services (web/app development, software solutions) and digital marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.). Conduct client meetings (online/offline), understand business needs, and propose tailored solutions. Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses. Collaborate with internal teams (tech and marketing) to align client needs with deliverables. Maintain and update CRM tools with sales activity and client data. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development/sales in IT services or digital marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good understanding of current digital marketing trends and web/app technologies. Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork). Strong problem-solving abilities and client-centric mindset. Preferred Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.). Knowledge of project management basics (to align sales and delivery teams).
