Business Development Manager (SUMMER INTERNSHIP) – Real Estate Sales Location: Hyderabad (Madhapur, Kondapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli, KPHB) Work Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday ( Tuesday & Thursday Off ) Role Overview: We seek a dynamic Hybrid Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive recruitment, training, and sales growth in real estate. This role blends HR, Sales, PR, and CRM , making it ideal for independent professionals, PG residents, and homemakers with extra time. Key Responsibilities: HR & Talent Acquisition: Recruit and onboard Telecallers, Virtual Sales Managers, and Channel Partners. Sales Training: Train new hires in real estate sales strategies and high-conversion techniques. Client Relations (CRM): Build and maintain strong client relationships. Marketing & Outreach: Represent the company professionally and expand brand visibility. Requirements: Own a Laptop for work. Reside near Madhapur, Kondapur, Hitech City, Gachibowli, or KPHB. Fluent in English & Telugu (strong communication skills required). Proactive & Multi-skilled (HR, Sales, PR, or CRM experience is a plus). Previous Sales or Customer-Facing Experience is preferred.
