Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) at Krib Information Services located in Noida. The BDE will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, cold calling, and networking.
• Pitch company services to prospects via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels (training will be provided).
• Maintain accurate records of contact information, call logs, and follow-up activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Negotiate and renegotiate deals via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Schedule meetings with prospective clients and conduct product/service demonstrations.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and meet sales goals.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development is a plus.
