Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to drive our client acquisition strategy, manage sales pipelines, and build lasting client relationships. This is a key growth-focused role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and creative environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage both inbound and outbound lead generation via email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach.
• Craft compelling, personalized communication for different buyer personas.
• Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms for targeted lead generation and nurturing.
• Perform data scraping and research to build qualified prospect databases.
• Prepare and present custom proposals, pitch decks, and negotiation documents aligned with client requirements.
• Drive client acquisition and account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Track and manage the sales pipeline efficiently using Zoho CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed client records.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, production) to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
