Job Title: BDM IT Sales

Location: Block E, 160, Sector 63, Noida

Experience Required: 5-8 years

Salary: Competitive hike from current salary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in IT sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our IT solutions to potential customers. The candidate should also be familiar with online bidding portals such as Upwork and have experience with lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the IT sector.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients, building strong relationships and understanding their IT needs.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and strategic partnerships.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products and solutions to clients, focusing on their requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continued business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and the latest IT technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
  • Follow up on leads, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales performance, and report on progress to management.
  • Utilize and manage bidding portals such as Upwork and other relevant platforms to generate leads.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to identify new business opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and the technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with online bidding platforms like Upwork and other lead generation portals.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and provide customized solutions.
