Job Description

Business Development Executive Description:

We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Business Development Executive to collaborate with both our technical team and clients to transform their business requirements into actionable functional specifications and user stories. This role involves engaging with potential clients through various channels, converting leads into customers, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure sustained business success. We give preference to candidates who possess exceptional and persuasive English communication skills. A solid background in selling IT software products and services, closing client agreements, and a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process is essential.

Qualification: Bachelor's (Preferred)

Job Location: Calicut

Experience: 1-2 years (IT Sales Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential clients via chat, email, and phone to understand their needs and present suitable software solutions.
  • Provide detailed information about the software’s features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Follow up on generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Document client requirements and feedback for continuous improvement of the software.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the software industry
  • Strong communication (Proficiency in english) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using chat tools for client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Specific experience in selling software or related products.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
