Job Title: Business Development Executive Location: Madurai Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with prospective clients across relevant markets Strategically manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless client acquisition Execute data-driven market research to uncover new opportunities and maintain awareness of industry trends and competitor movements Develop, refine, and execute bidding and proposal strategies tailored to client requirements and business objectives Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling opportunities, and foster long-term partnerships Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics using CRM and business intelligence tools Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and delivery teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals Represent the organization at high-profile events, client meetings, and industry forums with professionalism and credibility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a client-facing business development or sales role, preferably within the IT or software sector Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a high degree of business acumen Proficiency in CRM platforms and familiarity with digital sales tools Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with minimal supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Are you open to travel for business meetings, training, or product demonstrations?
