Business Development Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new real estate development or investment opportunities.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, property values, and economic indicators.
• Support the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies for new real estate projects.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to support deal structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management on investment opportunities, market trends, and financial models.
• Track real estate market performance, government policies (e.g., RERA regulations), and zoning laws that may impact business.
• Utilize CRM tools and real estate software platforms to track and assess lead pipelines and conversions.
• Support strategic partnership development with brokers, agents, landowners, and third-party developers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in business development, financial analysis, or market research in the real estate sector
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and regulatory frameworks

Preferred Experience:

·        Experience with residential, commercial, or mixed-use property development

·        Previous work in real estate consultancy, brokerage, or development firms

·        Exposure to due diligence, JV structuring, or land acquisition projects
