About the Internship

Business Analyst – Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Project:

• Gather business and technical requirements from customers
• Write clear and concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner and technical teams.
• Document workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications for new features.
• Validate deliverables against business requirements and support UAT
• Track feature progress, prepare status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Market Development:

• Plan, execute, and monitor targeted email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and reach out to customers for business acquisition.
• Segment prospect and customer lists, analyze campaign performance, and optimize messaging for better conversion rates.
• Coordinate and manage company participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
• Prepare customized presentations, proposals, and sales collateral.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support sales pitches and business development.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales pipeline, campaign effectiveness, and ROI.
• Create marketing material - brochures, case studies, website content, blogs, articles, whitepapers, .etc
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies based on data-driven analysis.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech + MBA - Final year students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals with interest in sales & marketing
• Understanding of IT sector/technologies such as AI, Data Analytics, IoT, Cloud Computing along with business acumen is needed
• Energy domain awareness will be plus
• Excellent ability to gather data and perform market research
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills
• Availability for a full-time 6-month internship (Monday–Friday)
