Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in selling IT services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing sales team, and building lasting client relationships. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the IT industry. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximise their performance and productivity. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance evaluations to the sales team. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and refine sales approaches. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to close deals. Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve processes and performance. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry to effectively promote and sell our offerings. Proven record of exceeding USD50K sales per month. Qualification & Skills Mandatory 10+ years of proven experience in leading sales for IT services, including client acquisition and revenue growth. Strong understanding of the IT services lifecycle and client engagement models. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets specifically within the IT services domain. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team. Familiarity with service delivery models, SLAs, and contract structures for IT services. Ability to understand client pain points and craft custom service-based solutions. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to bring in own creativity to break the traditional pattern of sales.
