Job Title: BIM Manager Type: Full-time Experience Required: 15+ Years Location: Ahmedabad Job Summary: we are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead and oversee BIM implementation across large-scale, multidisciplinary projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing BIM workflows, and ensuring high standards in design coordination, model quality, and collaboration with internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the overall BIM strategy and execution plan, including setting project-specific Level of Development (LOD) requirements. Design, manage, and administer Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk ACC / BIM 360 and Bentley ProjectWise. Define and enforce information structures, model standards, and project-specific BIM workflows. Lead and support multidisciplinary BIM teams, offering guidance, technical mentorship, and issue resolution. Review and validate BIM models for compliance with client requirements, project standards, and ISO 19650 guidelines. Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, project stakeholders, and consultants to drive a collaborative delivery culture. Identify BIM opportunities that add project value, and report on progress, risks, and technical challenges to leadership. Plan and manage BIM training programs, helping upskill internal staff in digital tools and advanced BIM methodologies. Implement and oversee QA/QC protocols to ensure high-quality BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute technical insight into project bids and commercial proposals by defining BIM scope and highlighting risks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture , Engineering , or a related field. 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 8+ years in core BIM management roles on large-scale projects. Proficiency in BIM authoring and coordination tools , including Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, Navisworks, PDMS, AutoCAD. Expertise in managing CDE platforms such as Autodesk ACC/BIM 360 and ProjectWise . Solid understanding of ISO 19650 and other international BIM and digital delivery standards. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with computational design tools like Dynamo , Grasshopper , or similar will be an added advantage.
