Job Title: Billing & Planning Engineer Experience: 3 to 6 Years Location: Assam Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate / ( Road Project) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing & Planning Engineer with 3–6 years of experience in the construction or infrastructure sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, billing, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and accurate billing processes in accordance with project and contract requirements. Key Responsibilities: Develop and update project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera (P6). Prepare baseline project schedules and monitor progress against the same. Coordinate with various stakeholders (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure timely delivery. Identify and analyze project delays and propose corrective actions. Prepare project reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) and dashboards. Billing Responsibilities: Prepare and submit client bills/invoices as per contract terms. Verify and validate quantities from site and drawings for billing. Coordinate with the site team and quantity surveyors for certification of bills. Prepare subcontractor bills and manage related documentation. Track billing status and ensure timely submission and follow-up for payments. Experience: 3 to 6 years in construction/infrastructure projects, specifically in billing and planning functions. Software Proficiency: MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred). Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project documentation, and cost control. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines under pressure. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or real estate projects. Exposure to FIDIC or other standard contract formats. Knowledge of EOT (Extension of Time) and claim management processes.
