We are a fast-growing pet food and health supplement brand on a mission to redefine pet wellness with fresh, breed-specific, and ailment-specific nutrition. We’re expanding aggressively and looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development Manager to help us grow our footprint and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Acquisition

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients, including pet stores, clinics, vet hospitals, grooming centres, and retailers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets in the first quarter, with a planned increase quarter-on-quarter.
  • Drive D2C partnerships and affiliate networks where relevant.2. Sales Target Execution & Forecasting
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
  • Create territory-wise sales forecasts and strategies.
  • Prepare weekly funnel and performance reports using CRM tools.3. Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Resolve client queries and ensure high satisfaction and retention.4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Keep track of competitor activities, pricing trends, and market gaps.
  • Provide inputs to marketing and product teams for campaigns and innovation.5. Collaboration
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders for the activation of campaigns, sampling, and product trials.

  • 1–5 years of proven sales or BD experience, preferably in pet pharma, pet nutrition, health or wellness sectors
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
  • Goal-oriented with a history of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and cold acquisition
  • Fluent in English and Hindi
