POSITION - BUSSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM)

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINER

MUST BE EXPERIENCE FROM PROJECT SALES/ CONSTRUCTIONS/ STEEL INDUSTRY

QUALIFICATION - B-TECH(PROJECT SALES) / MBA- Sales & marketing/ BBA -Sales & marketing PREFER -

EXPERIENCE - 3 - 5 years, Project Sales Background, experience in Construction related product Sales/ Light engineering products sales/ project sales with exposure to handling large to medium size corporate accounts and government departments

Monthly take home - INR 35,000/- TO INR - 45,000/- +OTHRS BENIFITS

JOB DETAILS - Initiate & maintain new relationships across various customer segments (Industrial, PSU’s, Govt. Defense, Railways, Hospitals, Mining’s etc.)

Gather, collate & share market information & insights (New projects & policies having positive effect on competition activity for our business prospect)

Designing & implementing market strategy to reach across customer based segments devising & implementing strategy to achieve sales target for team.

Customer relationship management – (Costing, offer, follow ups, negotiation, finalization)

Influencer’s management (Architects, Project consultants, structural engineers etc.)

Key accounts management.

Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels high levels of client satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
