Banking Technology Manager (3 roles)

Role: Technology Manager ( 3 Roles) Work Location: Hyderabad Immediate Starters preferred. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Banking Technology Manager to lead the planning, development, and implementation of technology solutions within our banking operations. This role is critical in aligning IT strategy with business goals, ensuring the secure and efficient delivery of banking services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of banking technology platforms and applications Manage end-to-end technology projects across core banking systems, digital banking, payments, and compliance tools Coordinate with business units, vendors, and IT teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Ensure all systems comply with banking regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal policies Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance banking services and operations Monitor system performance, uptime, and security; initiate improvements where necessary Develop and manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and vendor contracts Train and mentor technical staff and ensure knowledge sharing across teams Required Skills and Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a banking or financial services environment Strong knowledge of core banking systems , payment gateways , digital channels , and compliance technologies Proven experience in project management , vendor management , and IT governance Deep understanding of banking regulations (e.g., KYC, AML, PCI-DSS, MAS guidelines) Familiarity with cloud platforms , DevOps , and data security best practices Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Important Note: > Please share your resume in word format with dilip@helius-tech.com > Important Note: If this requirement is not a match for you please refer to your friends. > Interested professionals can reach out to me for Confidential Discussion @ +65- 9060-4050.
