Position: B2B Marketing Manager Location: Mumbai (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Job Description As a B2B Marketing & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion within the B2B space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities  Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.  Create high-quality, engaging content for various channels including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, case studies, and more.  Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to understand market needs and develop messaging that effectively communicates our value proposition.  Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging consistency.  Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.  Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Qualifications  MBA / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  Proven experience in B2B marketing, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.  Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.  Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and content optimization techniques.  Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
