Lead Generation & Demand Creation Design and execute lead generation strategies to acquire qualified pharma, biotech, and healthcare leads across Medical Affairs, Commercial, and R&D functions. Develop audience targeting and segmentation frameworks across geographies (US, EU5, India) and functions (Medical Affairs, HEOR, MSLs, Digital Strategy, Innovation). Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email platforms to drive MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads). 2. Content-Driven Campaigns Collaborate with internal teams to leverage and promote case studies, demo videos, whitepapers, and event invites . Create messaging strategies tailored by buyer journey stage: Awareness, Consideration, and Decision. Support in building high-converting landing pages with relevant CTAs and forms integrated into the CRM or marketing automation platforms. 3. Campaign Management Execute and monitor email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot) with 35 email pushes per month. Design automated email nurture journeys to convert cold, warm, and hot leads. Manage Aviras LinkedIn presence , coordinating organic and paid promotions, event visibility, blog amplification, and leadership content. Maintain a creative calendar aligned with the scientific brand tone and marketing objectives. 4. Analytics & Optimization (good to have) Provide bi-weekly performance reports with actionable insights across key metrics (CTR, CPL, engagement, conversion). Use insights to drive creative and content optimization , A/B testing, and continuous improvement. Own and evolve campaign KPIs aligned with business goals. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven track record in B2B lead generation , preferably in life sciences, medtech, or healthtech . Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot , and CRM integrations. Strong grasp of content marketing, funnel design, and lead nurturing . Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling, audience-relevant messaging. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment with cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Nice-to-Have Experience working with Medical Affairs, HEOR, or scientific functions within pharma/biotech. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools , SEO/SEM best practices, and A/B testing tools. Exposure to event-based marketing or congress campaigns in the pharma domain.
