Your Mission

To architect and run a predictable global demand engine across SEO, ABM, LinkedIn, and email generating high-quality leads, boosting visibility, and contributing to a scalable, high-conversion sales pipeline in our target markets.


What You’ll Own – Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Authority

● Rank our website on Page 1 for key industry keywords in all target geographies

● Plan and execute all SEO activities (technical + on-page + off-page)

● Build DA 40+ in 6 months with help from our content and SEO vendors

● Strategize high-authority backlinks and guest post contributions

● Partner with our website vendor to launch conversion-optimized landing pages

Account-Based Marketing & Outreach

● Build and run multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, InMail, retargeting, etc.)

● Identify, engage, and convert high-potential ICPs across markets

● Track engagement, optimize sequences, and run experiments weekly

Funnels & Marketing Automation

● Build a full-funnel engine integrated with Zoho CRM

● Design TOFU-MOFU-BOFU workflows for every campaign

● Drive automation across lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and handover

● Monitor KPIs and iterate based on real-time data

LinkedIn & Brand Visibility

● Manage our LinkedIn presence end-to-end (organic + ads + newsletter)

● Own our LinkedIn Ads & Sales Navigator performance

● Grow followers, increase engagement, and position StratAI as a global thought leader

Content Alignment (Support + Direction)

● Collaborate with content team to align SEO blogs, case studies, and whitepapers to demand goals

● Contribute strategic direction for lead magnets, email sequences, and gated assets

● Own email marketing and LinkedIn newsletter strategy + performance


Expected Outcomes (First 6–12 Months)

● Generate 100+ MQLs per quarter through inbound and outbound marketing

● Contribute ₹1 Cr+ to sales pipeline from marketing-sourced leads

● Improve rankings for 10+ core keywords in 3+ geographies

● Grow LinkedIn followers by 50%, with 5%+ engagement rate

● Engage 50+ key accounts quarterly via ABM and secure 10–12 qualified meetings

Required Qualifications

● 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience in overseas markets (SEO, ABM, LinkedIn)

● Strong track record of campaign execution across LinkedIn Ads, InMail, email

● Deep understanding of keyword research, technical SEO, analytics (GA, GSC)

● Proficient in tools like SEMRush/Ubersuggest, Hotjar, Zoho CRM, Sales Navigator

● Excellent English communication, planning, and reporting skills

● Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (MBA/Certifications a plus)


Bonus if You Bring

● Prior experience building demand systems for a consulting,services, SaaS, or AI-first firm

● Familiarity with performance-based funnel metrics (CPL, SQL:MQL ratio, CAC payback)

● Exposure to building global SEO strategies across UK/US/UAE markets
