AVP - Sales


AVP (Assistant Vice President) of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members to ensure continuous growth and success.
  • Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Stay informed about trends, pricing, and new developments in the luxury real estate market.
  • Analyse competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Provide insights to senior management on emerging market trends and opportunities.
  1. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Track, report, and analyse sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Review and analyse sales data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
  1. Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to create promotional materials, luxury property listings.
  1. Client Acquisition and Networking:

  • Attend high-profile events, property showcases, and networking functions to expand the client base.
  • Cultivate a network of industry professionals, including brokers, developers, architects, and designers.
  • Build relationships with key players in the luxury market to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership or senior sales role.
  • Overall experience of 12 to 15 years.
  • Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate.
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends, client expectations, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team along with individually making sales deals to exceed personal target and team target.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other sales management tools.
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion when handling client relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
