Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through various lead generation channels.
• Understand client AV requirements and propose suitable, customized solutions.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated AV systems.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Manage sales pipeline and leads using CRM software.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging AV technologies.
• Represent AV Dynamic at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in AV, IT, or technology solution sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of AV solutions and integration processes.
• Familiarity with AV brands such as Crestron, Extron, AMX, Poly, Shure, or similar is a plus.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Working Conditions
